Land Use Planning and Zoning

In March of 2026, City Council approved a new Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) that had been in process since 2023. The CLUP will guide land use and zoning through 2050. Here we present some links for OWS residents to learn about land use, zoning, and have their voices heard. There will be opportunities to provide feedback throughout the rezoning process, which is forecast to last more than a year.
