The Old West Side Association works to preserve the historic character and vibrant spirit of our neighborhood and to promote community cohesion. Guided by our Board, we advocate for strong historic district policies and host forums to share knowledge and spark discussion. Our publications and events keep neighbors connected and informed about local policies that affect our neighborhood, the history of the Old West Side, and more. We also seek to connect neighbors through events like our 2025 Ice Cream Social. In the past, the Old West Side Association has hosted an annual Homes Tour and published a newsletter. As we go forward, we will be promoting conversations about neighborhood activities that we would like to create or recreate.
